He has since headed to Cornwall to bring his exquisite, Cornish inspired creations to Custom House Quay, Falmouth.

What’s On Our Menu

Seafood:

  • Breaded monkish tail with lemon mayo

  • Thai style crab cakes with lime & siracha

  • Mackerel fillets with horseradish cream

  • Seared scallops with chorizo & sweetcorn sauce

  • Breaded hake croquettes with aioli

Meat:

  • Bavette steak with salsa verde

  • Steak chilli over fries

  • Leak & feta fritters

  • Breaded cauliflower with basil pesto
