Pescabar was inspired by the beauty, vibrancy and food of Venice. As one of the most important ports of the historic spice trade, the people of Venice were influenced by many cultures and flavors. At Pescabar, this can been seen in the just-made pastas and risottos served steaming hot, just-caught fish tossed in a sauté pan, and just-picked arugula and tomatoes lightly dressed and carried to the table.

I am very proud of the menu that my team and I created for Pescabar. You do not have to be a seafood lover to enjoy your dining experience and leave with your palette satisfied and if you are a seafood lover then... Buon Appetito!
